STORM inflatable motor-rowing boats are custom-made and overseen by Aqua-Storm. They are manufactured from high-quality German Hey Tex materials (a leading PVC fabric) and domestic and imported components, meeting the requirements of the Ukrainian Shipping Register and are under the technical supervision of the Ukrainian Shipping Register. Aqua-Storm products are certified by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and have a Certificate of Conformity from the State Standards of Russia.

Hey Tex fabrics are multilayer reinforced PVC fabrics. Hey Tex fabrics operate at temperatures from -30°C to +70°C. They are not only UV-resistant but also perform well in aggressive environments, such as salt water, fuel, or oil.
