Conditions for Returns
Returned products must meet the following conditions:

All accessories, documentation, and labels must be included

The product must not show signs of installation, use, or damage
For inflatable boats, the product must not have been launched on water or used in any way.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following items:

Custom-made or individual orders manufactured upon request

Products with visible signs of use or damage

Items that have been modified or repaired by the customer

Clearance or discounted items marked as non-returnable
Return Procedure

Exchanges

Due to the size and weight of inflatable boats, return shipping costs may be significant and are calculated individually.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transport or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or videos of the issue and packaging.
