Keel motor boat design

The design of the boat with a transom provides for three sealed compartments inside the inflatable cylinders and the keel, which increases the reliability of the vessel. The working pressure in the cylinders reaches 0.25 bar, and in the keel - 0.35 bar. Built-in relief valves protect the cylinders from excessive pressure, providing additional safety during operation.

Maximum security

The keel of the inflatable boat of the "XL (Explorer)" series is equipped with a 12 cm wide protective bar, which gives the structure additional strength and protects it from damage. The reinforced transom is also equipped with a protective bar, which increases its durability and stability during operation. A distinctive feature of the DXL model is the metal overlay on the transom. Thanks to the smooth contours of the hull and the updated geometry of the transom, the seaworthiness of the boat is significantly improved, ensuring comfortable and safe sailing. The transom mounts are made monolithically, which guarantees high strength and reliability.

Five-layer PVC fabric with a density of 1100 g/m² makes the boat hull resistant to cuts, wear and tear, and the effects of motor fuels and oils, which significantly increases its service life. The material does not lose its properties when folded, is resistant to extreme temperatures, and is not prone to creases.
