Comfort and running characteristics of the Kolibri catamaran

Thanks to the well-thought-out hull shape and the design features of the Kolibri PVC keel boat, the catamaran demonstrates excellent dynamics and reduced water resistance, which contributes to fuel economy. The spacious cockpit allows you to comfortably accommodate passengers and equipment, and the structural elements reduce vibrations during movement. Adjustable seats are easily rearranged, adapting to the needs of the crew. Simple assembly and disassembly allow you to quickly prepare the boat for launching and just as quickly clean it after use.

Planning and safety

The Kolibri brand catamaran is equipped with four insulated sealed compartments in the cylinders and an inflatable Air-deck bottom, which increases the level of safety on the water. The working pressure in the cylinders is 0.25 bar, providing an optimal balance of rigidity and comfort. To protect against excessive pressure, relief valves are provided, and a reinforced protective beam 120 mm wide additionally protects the cylinders from damage and increases the stability of the vessel.

Durability of construction and materials

The Kolibri Sea Cat catamaran is made of durable five-layer PVC fabric with a density of 1100 g/m², resistant to mechanical damage and abrasion. All hull elements are connected by microwave welding, which ensures high tightness and long service life. The transom is made of moisture-resistant laminated plywood, and the reinforced monolithic mounting supports significantly exceed the reliability of standard PVC strip solutions.
