Parsun T40J BMS is a two-stroke 40 hp outboard engine designed for operation in various conditions. The device confidently puts light boats on a planing course, demonstrating good maneuverability and stability even under high loads or adverse weather conditions. It is used both for private water tourism and for commercial purposes - for fishing, hunting, transporting passengers and cargo, towing water attractions and water skiers.
Reliability and performance
The main strengths of the model are ease of operation and minimal maintenance requirements. The design of the gasoline outboard engine is adapted for operation in various conditions, which is confirmed by the official 3-year warranty. Reliability is confirmed by many years of positive experience of users in Ukraine and abroad. Despite its Chinese origin, Parsun confidently competes with Japanese counterparts, offering comparable quality at a significantly lower cost. Special attention is paid to assembly and materials, which has a positive effect on durability and stable operation.
Economy and productivity
One of the main advantages of this model is reduced fuel consumption. Thanks to the optimized cylinder displacement, the Parsun outboard motor consumes an average of 16-17 liters of gasoline per hour at maximum load. This is approximately 3-4 liters less than standard two-stroke engines of the same power. Thus, not only fuel savings are ensured, but also operating costs are reduced while maintaining the required performance.
Comfort and noise level
The outboard motor is characterized by a moderate level of noise and vibration, especially in comparison with typical two-stroke engines. This effect is achieved due to the exhaust through the propeller hub and the presence of special shock-absorbing pads in the design. This increases the level of comfort on board and makes the vessel control more precise. Smooth running, good course stability and the absence of sharp vibrations contribute to more pleasant navigation both at low speed and when exiting the speedboat.
Compatibility and installation
This version is designed for installation on vessels with a transom height of 381 mm or more. The propeller remains stably submerged in the water, which prevents cavitation and ensures efficient operation during any maneuvers. Installation is possible on both aluminum and plastic boats, as well as on inflatable RIBs, boats and even yachts. Can be used as the main or auxiliary engine on sea vessels. This approach provides flexibility in the use of the model in various conditions, including marine and freshwater areas.
